hello, again!
it’s been awhile…
but Fall is here…. and with that comes busy season!
last year, i missed photographing my dear friend and her lovely family…
it was so good, once again, to have the honor and see their smiling faces…
just wanted to share a little bit of them…

sometimes life just happens…add a pandemic in there…kind of turns things upside down….
alas, here i am…
finally getting around to a beautiful day back in September….
where i had such a great time being second shooter at a lovely wedding with a lovely friend…
sometimes being the second allows you to take a step back…stay in the shadows…. and just capture those fleeting little moments…

it was a beautiful fall evening to go for a stroll through the prairie with one lovely family…
it is amazing how time flies…
the last time i was with them was when their adorable boy was a newborn…
who is now walking, talking, and giggling…
and big sister can carry on quite a conversation…
and they are both oh, so sweet…
i had such a great time wandering the prairie with you and basking in that golden sunlight…
thank you for the honor, once again, in allowing me to capture a little bit of you…

life certainly seems to get away from me…
and then the world seemed to turn upside down…
one year ago…
something on my bucket list was checked off…
a visit to greece…santorini and athens…
the most amazing views…
finally sharing those gorgeous views with you…
a long time dream came true for me this past fall…
we strolled the streets of paris…
sat outside a little café…
ate macaroons and croissants…
cruised along the Seine…
saw as many sights as we could see…
in the city of light…
paris in the rain…
